Get your records organized before your first FMCSA New Entrant Safety Audit. We’ll review your audit notice, if you’ve received one, and check the records that apply to your operation, including driver qualification files, vehicle maintenance records, hours-of-service documentation, and drug and alcohol testing records, as applicable.
You’ll receive a written checklist showing which records are ready, what’s missing, and what to address first. On a follow-up call, we’ll walk through the findings and help you organize the documents you’ll need to provide to your auditor.

Find out where your operation could run into problems during a DOT compliance review. We come to your location, review an agreed sample of records, and walk through how your team handles driver qualification, hours of service, vehicle maintenance, crash records, and drug and alcohol testing, as applicable.
You’ll receive a written report that identifies the records reviewed, explains what we found, and tells you what to fix first. We’ll walk through the findings with your team and include one follow-up call to discuss progress and next steps.

Set up a DOT drug and alcohol testing program your team can manage day to day. We help develop your written policy, coordinate setup with your testing provider or consortium, and establish procedures for pre-employment testing, random testing, Clearinghouse queries, and recordkeeping.
You’ll receive a written policy, a setup checklist, and a walkthrough for your Designated Employer Representative (DER). We’ll clarify who handles each step so your team knows what to do when hiring a driver, receiving a random selection, or responding to a testing issues.

Received findings from a DOT audit or compliance review? We help you identify what led to each finding, decide what needs to change, and document the steps your team has taken to address it.
You’ll receive a written corrective action plan that identifies who is responsible for each step, when it’s due, and what records can show it was completed. If a response is required, we’ll help you organize the supporting evidence for your company to review and submit.
